This is a four-terminal large-capacity standard capacitor that combines high-performance capacitors and precision transformers to achieve equivalent large capacities of up to 1F.
Capacitance ranging from 1μF to 1F can be set (with 1/10 step variability possible in the 6230A), and due to its excellent accuracy and stability, it can also be used as a standard instrument for calibrating LCR meters.
